Annual Production Limit Orders

Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code Sec. 62.122(f) requires TABC each year to adjust the annual barrel production limit that determines whether certain Brewer’s License (BN) holders may conduct on-premises sales of their malt beverages to consumers.
