TABC Statement on Allegations Made by Former Agents

TABC is unable to comment specifically on the allegations brought forth by the former agents due to anticipated litigation.

Each of the agents who was terminated was done so at-will in accordance with state law and each was given an honorable discharge. As with any other employee, the former agents have the opportunity to appeal their termination as outlined under TABC policy. Until the appeals process and any associated litigation is complete, the agency is unable to comment further.
