TABC wants to do business with vendors like you. Our Purchasing Department is dedicated to helping businesses in and out of Texas navigate our contracting opportunities. The team also identifies correct procurement methods required by statute, saves the state valuable funds and efficiently serves TABC customers.

The Vendor Purchasing Guidance page is a great place to start if you’re a vendor who’s interested in learning about how to do business with TABC. We lay out the basics for becoming a State of Texas vendor and our purchasing guidelines.
HUB Program
TABC strives to award opportunities to Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) whenever possible. Our HUB coordinator can help you with HUB certification and provide information about the program, which requires state agencies to strive to provide contract opportunities to minority and women-owned businesses.
