Kathleen Allbright

Kathleen Allbright embarked on her career journey in 2011, when she joined the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, starting as an auditor within the Compliance division. Two years later, in 2013, she transitioned into a role as a certified peace officer, marking the beginning of her tenure in the agency's Financial Crimes Unit. For nearly half a decade, Allbright also served as a deputized task force officer for the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
In 2019, Allbright transitioned to a new chapter in her professional life by joining the Office of Inspector General as an investigator, where her focus was on oversight and review, ensuring that operations ran smoothly and remained in compliance with state and agency regulations.
Allbright holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University and furthered her education with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. In addition to her academic achievements, she is a TCOLE Master Peace Officer, a Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Allbright's journey continues to evolve, driven by her passion for justice and her pursuit of knowledge.
