Amanda Fletcher

Amanda Fletcher returned to lead the Human Resources Division at TABC after a notable career with the Texas Military Department, where she held multiple human resources positions over time, most recently as director.

Fletcher serves on TABC’s Law Enforcement Academy Training Advisory Board and has been a member of the Texas State Human Resource Management Association since 2011 and the Society for Human Resource Management since 2009. She also served as communications officer for the Mid-Sized Agency Coordinating Council for three years and as chair for two years. 

Fletcher graduated from Tarleton State University with bachelor's and master's degrees in Human Resource Management and maintains additional certifications as a Professional in Human Resources and a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional. She is also a graduate of the Adjutant General's Leadership Development Program and the Governor's Center for Management Development Program.
