Introducing TABC:Mobile, a smartphone application which places TABC information and access at your fingertips. In keeping with the four cornerstones of service, courtesy, integrity and accountability, TABC is proud to debut a new level of innovation into state government through civic engagement. TABC:Mobile provides the public, alcoholic beverage industry professionals, wholesalers, distributors and retailers a new avenue of communication.

TABC:Mobile replaces the former SpiritsTexas mobile application.

As a courtesy:

  • View license/permit information with dynamic mapping capabilities.
  • View pending original licenses/permits in your area.
  • View license/permit status, violations, wine percentage and Handgun Warning Sign information.

  • License/permit holders and authorized employees may report a breach of peace and receive email confirmation.

Use TABC:Mobile to search for nearby locations using GPS, establishment name, address, city or zip code. TABC:Mobile saves your recent searches for easy access at a later time. View an establishment's license/permit status, violations, wine percentage and Handgun Warning Sign information. Get directions to a license/permit location and much more.

New and pending original licenses/permits

Learn which businesses have recently applied for a new TABC license/permit. Pending original licenses/permits will display around your location along with recently approved licenses/permits.

Access the TABC Industry Guide, which includes valuable information about the Alcoholic Beverage Code and Rules, responsibilities of license/permit holders and more.

Permit or License Holders May Report a breach of peace

Texas license/permit holders and/or authorized employees must register to submit a breach of peace report using TABC:Mobile, provide all the necessary information required, and receive an email confirmation, to qualify as an authorized report of an incident pursuant to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission's administrative rules.

Governmental Entities

Governmental entities may use TABC:Mobile to view pending alcoholic beverage licenses/permits, obtain license/permit location addresses and view owner(s) name. Users may easily view a location's license/permit number, current license/permit status and license/permit expiration date. They can also see an establishment's Handgun Warning Sign requirement and view which businesses have renewed their licenses/permits. Violation information, if applicable, displays license/permit violations such as status, type, violation date, violation description, disposition, suspension date range and civil penalty amounts.

File a complaint

Users may file a complaint against a licensed/permitted location, against a TABC-authorized seller/server training school, or a TABC employee using TABC:Mobile. You may remain anonymous. Upon submission, users receive a confirmation number via mobile device screen and email confirmation when choosing not to remain anonymous.
